Order Cancellation

Before Order Confirmation

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 minutes of placing it through the app.

After Order Confirmation

Once the restaurant has started preparing your order, cancellation may result in partial or no refund depending on the preparation stage.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or credit in these cases:

  • Missing items: Items ordered but not delivered
  • Wrong items: Items different from what was ordered
  • Quality issues: Food arrived cold, damaged, or spoiled
  • Significant delays: Order arrived more than 30 minutes late without notification
  • Restaurant closed: Order canceled due to restaurant unavailability

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open your order in the GoBy app
  2. Tap "Help" or "Report Issue"
  3. Select the issue type and provide details
  4. Submit photos if applicable

Processing Time

  • GoBy Credits: Instant
  • Original payment method: 3-5 business days

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders marked as delivered with confirmed drop-off
  • Minor issues (e.g., missing sauce packet)
  • Taste preferences not met
  • Fraudulent refund requests
