3. Orders and Deliveries
GoBy facilitates the ordering and delivery of food and other items from partners (restaurants, home cooks, etc.). Delivery services are provided by independent freelance delivery partners. Delivery times quoted are estimates only and vary based on distance and demand.
Delivery fees are dynamic and calculated based on multiple factors including distance, order size, and current demand.
4. Payments and Refunds
You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and typically take standard banking processing time to appear in your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
