I didn't receive the OTP verification code. What should I do?
If you haven't received the 6-digit OTP code after registering, don't worry β this is usually easy to fix. Follow these troubleshooting steps:
1οΈβ£ Check your Spam/Junk folder
Verification emails sometimes get filtered. Look for an email from GoBy with the subject "Your Verification Code".
2οΈβ£ Verify your email address
Double-check that you typed the correct email during signup. Even one character wrong means the code goes to the wrong inbox.
3οΈβ£ Resend the code
Click "Resend Code" on the verification page. Each time you resend, the old code is invalidated and a brand new 6-digit code is generated.
4οΈβ£ Wait before resending
There is a short cooldown between resend attempts. Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting another code.
5οΈβ£ Check your email provider
Some corporate or university email servers may delay delivery. If possible, try registering with a Gmail or Outlook address.
